    Arrived at the resort 3 hours early and was able to check in. Hotel staff was very helpful. Ate poolside, and ordered the double burger, which was absolutely delicious and was enough for two people. Room was very nice and bed was comfortable. The grounds were very beautiful. We look forward to returning really soon.

    The Westin Resort is always a beautiful, comfortable place to spend a weekend on Hilton Head. Service is top-notch and the rooms are comfortable and modern. The Heavenly Bed lives up to its name! The weekend breakfast buffet is delicious and convenient. Of course, you can’t beat the views of the ocean on this beautiful island, and the pools and decks at The Westin are great. You get the best of both worlds....the beach and the pool in one package! I know I will always get consistency no matter which Westin I stay in, which is great when you travel often.

    The staff, food, premises, location...everything was excellent. Clem, from Ingredients went above and beyond every day with my kids crazy coffee shop orders. Breakfast buffet was fresh and tasty every day. Pools were clean and sparkly as were the grounds. Alexander Mark, at guest services made sure as Platinum Marriott members that we were taken care of. But he took care of everyone like that. Great hotel, will stay again.

    Beautiful resort! Had a rehearsal dinner there and everything was perfect. The food was amazing, the service was excellent! 😋💙🏖️ Highly recommend for events or vacation.

    Inattentive and rude front desk. Food was "marginal at best" for the price in my opinion, kudos to the wait staff at 38 for not charging me $ 18.00 for a hamburger that was greasy, and filled with bits of the grille, yuk. Seems like the valet people don;t come in until later in the day. I was staying for business and called the desk to get my car on two different days. First day, the bellman said no one called them, second day some extremely RUDE person argued with me that I must have brought my car back very late, like after midnight, i said no, i returned at 5:15PM. I wish I knew her name because she was rude, belligerent and nasty. The hotel is ok. In my opinion way overpriced for what the charge and the service is not what i expected for a premium resort experience. Marriott owns it and I can tell you after staying for over 30 years as a top Marriott customer, they have a lot of work to do. I would NEVER ever stay here again. Just my opinion.
